v1.2.2

Choose a tag to compare

@PropterMalone PropterMalone released this 13 Jan 00:40

Bug Fix

  • Fixed UI placement issue: The blocking info was appearing horizontally beside profile content on some profiles instead of below it. This occurred when the "Followed by" row wasn't present and the extension fell back to finding the followers count element.

  • askbeeves-v1.2.2-firefox.zip - Firefox extension (Manifest V2)

v1.2.1 - Improved Navigation Detection

@PropterMalone PropterMalone released this 06 Jan 17:57

Fix: Improved navigation detection for profile picture clicks

Changes:

  • Detect clicks on images (avatars) and profile-related elements
  • Add URL polling fallback (500ms) to catch any missed navigation events
  • Check URL at multiple intervals after clicks (50ms, 150ms, 300ms)
  • Add extra injection checks after History API changes

This release fixes the issue where clicking profile pictures on the timeline would not reliably trigger the blocking info injection.

Installation:

  1. Download the appropriate zip for your browser
  2. Chrome: Extract and load as unpacked extension at chrome://extensions/
  3. Firefox: Use about:debugging to load the extension temporarily
