Minor update - Fixed packages files slug
Makes sure the packages can load correctly using a compatible naming slug convention
Minor update - Added package files
It is now possible to add a package config directly to a dashboard without having to create them manually for each dashboard import.
Minor update - Delete functionality
Added a proper delete function for the dashboard layouts. This means that it is now possible to delete layouts.
Update the frontend to the latest version in order for this functionality to exist in the backend.
Removed counrty dependency
Template code had country specific requirement in hacs.json. This is now removed.
