🫧 Better Bubble Card popup support

Bubble Card popups now behave much better inside Drag & Drop Card dashboards.

• Popups open as a proper overlay above the dashboard
• Popup content is no longer clipped by the DDC card area
• Bubble Card trigger buttons stay in place instead of being moved into the popup layer
• Closed popups are cleaned up correctly and should no longer remain stuck in the middle of the dashboard
• Popup backdrop and rounded popup styling are handled more consistently

🧭 Fixed tabs placement on fixed/preset dashboards

Tabs now behave more reliably when using Fixed or Preset dashboard layouts.

• Top and bottom tabs are positioned relative to the actual viewport
• Tabs avoid Home Assistant chrome, sidebars, safe areas, and mobile viewport changes
• Resize and visual viewport updates are handled more consistently

🏪 Improved empty dashboard start screen

The empty dashboard widget has been polished with a clearer starting point.

• Updated headline: “Build your first dashboard”
• Added a new inviting “or Explore HADS” button
• The button links directly to HADS - The Home Assistant Dashboard Store
• Improved styling for the HADS call-to-action

• Fixed Bubble Card popups appearing behind overlays or inside their original card boundaries
• Fixed leftover Bubble popup shells remaining visible after closing
• Fixed unwanted extra Bubble Card buttons appearing when a popup is open
