v0.3.11-rc2 (test build)

Release candidate for 0.3.11, covering every path that trusted the robot's completion report:

• a managed task that ends where the robot stood is a stop, never a completion;
• late reconciliation abandons a room it watched end in place;
• the cleaning-finished event and sessions sensor are documented as robot claims, not proof.

Install only to verify before the real release.
