v0.3.12-rc1 (test build)

Release candidate for 0.3.12 live acceptance.

• enforces permission checks and bounded robot data handling;
• binds 3D SLAM, room overlays, pose, custom areas, and history to a verified floor mission;
• adds privacy-safe, read-only saved-floor browsing and four admin-only Matic MCP inspection tools.

Install only to verify before the public release. No robot protocol command changed.
