New: set just PROXYHAT_API_KEY and HatFetch auto-selects an active residential sub-user via the ProxyHat API (GET /v1/sub-users) — no manual proxy_username/password. Optional PROXYHAT_SUBUSER to pick one. Verified live end-to-end.
