OpenShift Pulse UI v2.26.0
Version alignment release. The UI sat at 2.24.0 through the agent's 2.25.0 (a
backend-only claude-sonnet-5 migration), so the two surfaces reported different
versions to users. This closes that gap — agent and UI now ship the same number.
No UI code changes in this release.
