Bug Fixes

• Fixed a plugin loading error caused by using Maven Central directly as a CDN through MavenLibraryResolver.
• Updated the Maven repository configuration to use MavenLibraryResolver.MAVEN_CENTRAL_DEFAULT_MIRROR as recommended by Paper.
• This prevents the following error during server startup:

• Files: PkLogin-Paper-Java25-2.2.jar & PkLogin-Velocity-Java25-2.2.jar
• Description: These are experimental builds strictly for servers running Java 25 environments. These builds contain built-in support for the MiniPlaceholders API.
