Release v1.1.0: spine sync ReflectionFunctionIsGenerator + ReflectionMethodIsGenerator (#17511)

Context

./script/release-readiness.sh --json and --full --json fail check-selfhost-spine-coverage-sync on master (2026-07-09 release manager probe).

Regression from #17511 / PR #17511 (ReflectionFunction/Method::isGenerator()).

Failure

• Gate: spine-coverage + cascaded north-star5-fast
• Missing inventory files:
  • lib/VM/Builtin/ReflectionFunctionIsGenerator.php
  • lib/VM/Builtin/ReflectionMethodIsGenerator.php

check-selfhost-spine-coverage-sync: FAILED — 2 inventory files missing from spine
Next: php script/bootstrap-selfhost-next-includes.php --bundle=test/selfhost/compiler_lib_spine_smoke/main.php --limit=2

Acceptance criteria

• php script/check-selfhost-spine-coverage-sync.php succeeds in Docker harness
• make north-star5-verify-fast succeeds
• ./script/docker-exec.sh -- bash -lc './script/release-readiness.sh --json' reports quick gates 5/5 and user_release_ready: yes (quick mode)

Likely fix shape

• Add require_once entries for both files to test/selfhost/compiler_lib_spine_smoke/main.php (same pattern as Release v1.1.0: spine sync lib/VM/Builtin/ReflectionEnumFromName.php (#16877 regression) #16909, Release v1.1.0: fix spine coverage sync (clamp/date wrappers missing) #17405).
