Summary

• Follow-up to Trust: restamp gen-0 fingerprint after #22878 drift (#10533) #22880: Language: leading-zero numeric strings stay int under arithmetic (#22823) #22879 (leading-zero numeric strings) landed on master before/with that restamp, so live fingerprint moved to 26a251e4… while stamp stayed d65fbcf5….
• Unblocks Pillar 1 again: north-star5-verify-fast 4f-m + user_release_ready.
• Restamp only; honest verified-fresh remains on Gen-1+ #1492: committed gen-0 seed cannot be rebuilt — refresh OOMs at 48 GiB, 44 restamps since the blob last changed (script/bootstrap-refresh-gen0-sidecar.sh) #22642 / Bootstrap: unblock gen-0 spine refresh — docblock, ghost require, exclusive launcher (#22642) #22717.
