• Closes Foundation: north-star5-fast 4f-m gen-0 manifest/driver mismatch after #27710 (re-#27696/#8713) #27714 — Pillar 1 north-star5-verify-fast step 4f-m was red: lowering_source_fingerprint lagged live sources after Language: Zend fatal for anonymous class in attribute ctor (#27709) #27710.
• Honest Zend rebuild of prelinked/bootstrap-gen0/bin-compile-aot via make bootstrap-gen0-refresh-argv-driver (provenance: verified-fresh) — no restamp-only.
• Regenerated docs/bootstrap-inventory.md for AttributeConstantEvaluator warning drift from Language: Zend fatal for anonymous class in attribute ctor (#27709) #27710.

• php script/check-bootstrap-gen0-manifest-sync.php → OK (fingerprint a022df86f99c…)
• php script/bootstrap-gen0-staleness.php → fresh (lowering_commits_since: 0 after commit)
