Fixes and improvements

• Add the ability to compare the offer of plan A to the price of plan B with tags OFFER_DISCOUNT_PERCENTAGE and OFFER_PRICE_COMPARISON, like {{OFFER_DISCOUNT_PERCENTAGE(plan_a, plan_b, offer_from_a)}}
• Fix a potential display issue when using a carousel inside a tab layout
• PLYPresentation property height cannot be null anymore, default value is 0
