风扇曲线编辑器新增 Y 轴正向/反向显示选项，保留 CPU / GPU 平均温度来源；修复部分问题并提升稳定性。

Added normal/reversed Y-axis display options to the fan curve editor, while preserving separate CPU/GPU average-temperature sources. Fixed several bugs and improved stability.
