Supernova b0.4 - Mobile Support

Added:

• Mobile support (refer to readme.md or join the discord server if you have any questions)
• Scrollbar for Timeline
• Rotation support for Dynamic Stage preview
• Sim-line, a line connecting notes on simultaneous beats
• "Configure Chart" button
• "<", ">", "0" buttons that let you shift the timeline sideways.
• Scroll speed strength slider
• Note size configurable by buttons
• Added "(Stage) Sim Lines" to stage cells
• Added "View" > "Go to" that lets you seek to beats or song position (if the number is formatted like "1:40" - 1 minute and 40 seconds)

Changed/Fixed:

• A lot of issues I genuinely forgot 😭 I mean I can name a few
• Slides work more similarly to how they are intended to work.
• Changed the Recent Files limit to be higher, and added a popup if the chart is not found.
• Removed the warning popup that informs that Untitled Charts might not support dynamic stages.
• Change to how SV's render the value
