По задаче требовалось реализовать проект так, чтобы можно было проверить его работу в собранном jar-файле. В твоём случае jar-файл собирается неверно.
Сразу подскажу, что для верного выполнения у программы должны быть одна точка входа (main метод). В нём уже создаются экземпляры классов с выполненными заданиями и вызываются методы (либо сразу вызываются статик методы), которые ты реализовал.
P.S. сама реализация задания вроде везде верная

Не злоупотребляй статик методами. Лучше без необходимости их не создавать. В целом можно не исправлять

По какой-то причине у тебя отсутствует package во всех файлах, также не хватает самих пакетов org.example. Так быть не должно
