♻️ Refactors

  • Split integration tests into per-board files — implementer.test.ts (796 lines) and board-api.test.ts (1135 lines) replaced by 6 per-board files under flows/board/ with shared helpers. Each board file contains both implementer lifecycle and write operation tests. 112 integration tests unchanged.
