✨ Features

  • AFK loop integration tests (QA-002a-5) — in-process runner injection tests for runAfkLoop: processes N tickets then exits at MAX_ITERATIONS, exits cleanly on empty queue (stop condition), stops on preflight failure. Added GitHub PR list handler for PR review state checking (rework detection).

✅ Tests

  • 1217 unit tests (unchanged) + 71 integration tests (3 new AFK loop tests)
