Bug Fixes

• Fixed taps on visible pushes that also carry content-available not being counted as opens in push statistics (since 6.2.2)
• Fixed the background wake-up of a visible content-available push opening it (open callbacks and deep link) without a tap; the wake-up now reports the push as received only, and the open comes with the tap
• Fixed a visible content-available push being reported as received more than once or not at all; it is now received exactly once per push, across the wake-up, the display on an open app, the tap and an app restart
• Fixed the Notification Service Extension holding a notification until its timeout (~30 s) when the App Group or the app code is not configured; the notification is now delivered at once and the extension logs what is missing
• Fixed the Notification Service Extension skipping the delivery event when the app set its app code with setAppCode after the extension had started

Silent pushes and pushes without content-available behave as before.
