Big thanks to @neptuwunium for the PR.

• Fixed crashes when switching between Compressed/Uncompressed tabs.
• No longer restricts width to powers of 2 (Hold Shift to increment by 4(compressed) or 1(uncompressed).

Texviewer Initial Release

Currently using Github actions to compile this, which is limited to Windows/Ubuntu/Mac. If you want to see this on other platforms/distributions, feel free to create an issue or reach out to me.

The only dependency is Qt, which should be installed by default on Ubuntu (and is packaged with the Windows release).
