This version includes mostly adjustments & minor changes, But also adds 'HueShiftOSC'!
I've also decided to simplify the version number until I actually end up making a patch.

- Added 'HueShiftOSC'
- CPU Info now just shows total core amount
- Earlier separate counts were incorrect.

- Due to a library conflict this now only works on Windows

| HueShiftOSC:
This script just takes a random float between 0.0 & 1.0 and applies it to the chosen avatar parameter ( If it is a float! ) with a user chosen delay, Or random delays! ( Between 0.1 & 1.5 Seconds. ) It will also print the chosen values each time in the terminal.
