Part of the coordinated PyAutoBuild → PyAutoHands repository rename (the Hands organ). Updates this repo's references: the notebook-generation instructions (PYTHONPATH=../PyAutoHands/autobuild ... generate.py), the CI navigator_check.yml `uses:` reference, the catalogue banner, and Related-Repos/prose. The `autobuild` package name is unchanged (only the ../PyAutoBuild → ../PyAutoHands sibling-dir prefix and repo/brand change). Pushed via the GitHub API because this environment's checkout is shallow and the proxy blocks a normal git push. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
