Part of the coordinated PyAutoBuild → PyAutoHands repository rename (the Hands organ). Updates this repo's references: the notebook-generation instructions (PYTHONPATH=../PyAutoHands/autobuild ... generate.py), the CI navigator_check.yml uses: reference, the catalogue banner, and Related-Repos/prose.

Preserved (backwards-compatible): the autobuild package name (only the ../PyAutoBuild → ../PyAutoHands sibling-dir prefix changed).

Note: pushed via the GitHub API because the session's shallow checkout could not git push. (An earlier PR on the empty Jammy2211/HowToFit fork — where this checkout's origin was mislabeled — has been closed; this PR against the canonical PyAutoLabs/HowToFit is the correct one.)

Merge order: the renamed repo (PyAutoLabs/PyAutoHands#167) should land first.

See PyAutoHands/MIGRATION.md for the guide.

Part of the coordinated PyAutoBuild → PyAutoHands repository rename (the Hands
organ). Updates this repo's references: the notebook-generation instructions
(PYTHONPATH=../PyAutoHands/autobuild ... generate.py), the CI navigator_check.yml
`uses:` reference, the catalogue banner, and Related-Repos/prose. The `autobuild`
package name is unchanged (only the ../PyAutoBuild → ../PyAutoHands sibling-dir
prefix and repo/brand change).

Pushed via the GitHub API because this environment's checkout is shallow and the
proxy blocks a normal git push.
