Batch 2b of the executed-markdown rollout: registers chapter_1_introduction tutorials for generate_markdown.py and links the (to-be-generated) markdown/ index from the README. The full chapter_1_introduction (9 tutorials) executed with output images, index linked from the README. Batch 2b (HowToLens#24). Also adds the standard `setup_notebook()` line to tutorial_7_fitting (it was missing it, so it failed to execute under nbconvert). Notebook regenerated.
