PyAuto main perpetually carries workspace-script debt (Build's release.yml has reported ready=False with ~180 failures for days, yet the project still ships). So a failing workspace validation must not perpetually RED-block the release gate. Soften test_run ready==false from RED -> YELLOW (weight 40->15).
