• add a current-format PyAutoLens-JAX JOSS manuscript beside the published PyAutoLens paper
• include the approved title, author-drafted Summary and Statement of need, and an end-to-end A100 benchmark plan
• provide required JOSS section scaffolding, starter references, drafting guidance, and an official Inara build command
