Expand wiki to 4 sibling sub-wikis + move reading-queue

• Adds 4 new sibling sub-wikis alongside lensing_wiki/: smbh_wiki/, cti_wiki/, methods_wiki/, galaxies_wiki/. Each inherits the schema from lensing_wiki/CLAUDE.md and contains its own CLAUDE.md, index.md, log.md, seed concept / entity pages, and filename-inferred source-collection pages covering ~422 papers from the folders the initial wiki build left out (SMBHs, CTI, Euclid, MASSIVE-survey ETGs, IFU surveys, COSMOS, Bayesian-inference methods, samplers, simulations, etc.).
• Extends lensing_wiki/ with new source pages (pyautolens-papers, frb-lenses, weak-lensing, wdm-and-lya, reviews-and-summaries) and additions to cluster-lensing, dark-matter-substructure, gr-cosmology, interferometric-lensing.
• Adds PyAutoPaper/index.md (top-level map across all sub-wikis) and PyAutoPaper/reading-queue.md (moved from admin_jammy/papers.md), making PyAutoPaper the unified paper-management repo.
• README.md rewritten to describe the new multi-wiki layout.
• 9 root .bib bibliography files now tracked (cooper, library, library2, library_jam, libraryipft, manual, pyautofit, pyautolens, qiuhan).
• All in-repo PDFs (~620) removed after off-repo backup confirmation. They were gitignored to begin with, so no PDF deletion appears in this diff; the File: line in every source stub is the archival anchor for restore. Preserved non-PDF reference files (Hubble1926.321H, devaucoleurs1948.247D, CTI/Hall1952Theory, DarkMatterModels/Navarro1996StructureCDMHalos.563N, LightProFFits/devVaucoleuris1948pdf, Euclid/Paykari2020.bib, Medical/Liu2024CUPRCT.htm) are tracked.
• Per-paper stubs remain status: stub (filename-inferred, unread) — same convention as the initial 193-paper build. See each sub-wiki's log.md for scope.

• Open PyAutoPaper/index.md and follow links into each sub-wiki's index.md.
• Spot-check 5 random [[wiki-links]] per sub-wiki resolve (forward-refs to unwritten pages are expected and OK).
• Confirm reading-queue.md content matches the previous admin_jammy/papers.md.
• Verify find PyAutoPaper -name "*.pdf" | wc -l returns 0.
• Verify the 9 .bib files render in any LaTeX setup that previously used them.
