References the existing utils/images/pydata-london-2026.jpg as a relative URL. New slide sits between the Deadlines and Conf 2026 detail slides. Fixes also: cols-track width updated 10→14 viewports for the new column count, and override the global 400px image max-height for this slide so the promo can fill.
