Unix sockets don't set correct SERVER_NAME/SERVER_PORT #207
Description
Unfortunately the WSGI spec doesn't give much guidance on what to do.

We may want to follow some of the ideas/steps that gunicorn has taken, and or allow the SERVER_NAME/SERVER_PORT to be overridden by adjustments if the server is started with a unix socket.
