Playback

• Speed pill on the player now cycles the full 0.5x-3.0x range in 0.25 steps (slow listening down to 0.5x, fast up to 3.0x), saved per library as before.
• Removed the unreachable legacy SpeedControl screen (nothing navigated to it; the pill cycle is the speed UI).

Playback

• Per-library saved queues: each collection (Audiobooks / Podcasts / Music) keeps its own queue with shuffle order and position. The Resume chip on a library screen restores exactly that library; switching libraries preserves both queues, across app restarts.
• Fixed Bluetooth media controls: play/pause from earbuds now works reliably, including right after process death (media buttons no longer swallowed; framework queue resumption restored).
• Rewind / fast-forward buttons honor the seek increments configured in app settings.

• Wired (USB) watch deploy/test support and hardened port discovery for the k8s tooling.

Fixes

• Playback: tapping the first item in Music/Podcasts no longer plays the wrong track — now plays the tapped item from 0 (or its saved position if re-tapping the same track). Clamps track index to prevent OOB crash after rescan.
• Playback (all items): fixed file:// id mismatch — DB stores %20 (Uri.fromFile) while navigation decodes to spaces — now compares via Uri.decode, so "No Title / 00:00" no longer occurs for files with spaces.
• Player state: WearApp now shares single PlaybackViewModel with PlayerScreen (was per-destination, split state).

Debug build

• Keep-awake (FLAG_KEEP_SCREEN_ON + WifiLock/SCREEN_BRIGHT_WAKE_LOCK) now only while the debug app is in the foreground — watch sleeps normally when backgrounded (screen_off_timeout=10000).
• k8s/ one-shot build/test on local colima/k3s (no JDK/SDK on Mac), persistent debug keystore (k8s/.cache/build-home), port auto-discovery (test.sh fix), 3s preflight wake warning (TEST_SH_QUIET=1 to skip).
