Description

The pull request is about adding multiple projects to the contribution. The projects belong to both as a Notebook as well as python project.

Notebook/ Heart Attack analysis
The notebook includes a heart attack analysis project. It is used to classify the probability of heart attacks given some pre-required features.

project/ Programming Quiz GUI
The project includes a graphical user interphase-based quiz system on programming languages like C and Python. It is developed Python as a programming language.

An effective description is attached along with each contribution in the Readme.md file.
