What's new
- ChatGPT / Codex and Claude Code providers. Use the authentication already managed by the local CLI for chat and Agent Mode, with sign-in status/actions in the model picker, configurable or custom model ids, bounded history replay, cancellation, and no plugin-managed CLI credentials.
- Modern chat and model-picker UI. Search by model or provider, inspect context/cost/capability metadata, pin favorites, reuse recent models, and use the responsive composer with integrated reasoning controls, attachments, context status, and Send/Stop actions.
- New Feather Wand branding. Dedicated chat and AI CLI terminal marks now appear across the README, Run menu, JMeter toolbar, chat/terminal headers, and assistant messages.
Improvements and fixes
- Hardened CLI request cancellation, timeout, process cleanup, and concurrent request handling.
- Added persistent custom subscription model ids without requiring a properties edit or restart.
- Fixed picker-footer layout, custom-model dialog ownership, and duplicate failed-CLI calls.
- Improved selected-model readability and expanded README/sample-property documentation for CLI providers and the redesigned UI.
Install
Drop jmeter-agent-3.8.1.jar into <JMETER_HOME>/lib/ext and restart JMeter, or install via Plugins Manager.
