• 自定义外观的基础外观不同步：写入外观、恢复槽位为 ST、一键安装和一键恢复原厂时，会同时同步相机运行中的基础外观和已保存的 ST 设置，不再出现“保存的是 ST、实际运行的是黑白等旧基础外观”。 / Custom look base out of sync: LUT writes, slot resets, one-click install and factory restore now sync the running base look with the saved ST setting, so a slot no longer runs on an old base (such as B&W) while ST is saved.
• 机械快门也会响自定义快门声：现在只有电子快门拍摄时才播放自定义声音；机械快门和电子前帘走原生静音路径。旧版声音补丁会在重新开启或保存时自动升级。 / Mechanical shutter also played the custom sound: the custom sound now plays only for electronic-shutter captures; mechanical and EFC captures stay silent. Older sound patches upgrade automatically when you enable or save again.
• USB 读取出错（“Wrong senser sequence”）：修正 USB 收包方式，不再在读取过程中吞掉或错读数据。只读操作出错后会自动让相机退出服务模式，通常不必再取电池；日志会写出出错时正在读取的文件。 / USB read errors ("Wrong senser sequence"): fixed how USB replies are received; after a read-only failure the app returns the camera from service mode, usually without a battery pull, and logs the file being read.
• 声音操作被旧任务记录拦下：保存、试听、开启、关闭、恢复原厂音效和核对都不再被之前未完成的任务拦截；保存和试听按当前选择的音频覆盖。 / Sound actions blocked by old task records: Save, Audition, On, Off, Restore original sound and Verify are no longer blocked by earlier unfinished tasks; Save and Audition replace the sound with your current selection.
• Mac 声音保存崩溃：保存声音时不再运行会在部分 Mac 上崩溃的仿真组件。 / Mac crash when saving sound: saving no longer runs the emulator that crashed on some Macs.
• 安装中断后续接：程序已写完、只差设置的安装可以直接续接设置；旧备份核对按钮误点时会引导到正确的核对。 / Installs interrupted after the programs were written resume at the settings step; the old-backup verify button now redirects a mistaken click.
• 一键恢复原厂写入完成后，旧的声音记录随即停用；声音诊断包附带工作区摘要，问题更好排查。 / After factory restore writes, old sound records are retired; sound diagnostics include a workspace summary.

• 相机 /usr 空间不足（错误 -28 / ENOSPC）：旧版本未完成的任务会在相机里留下整套名称备份文件，占满空间，导致安装、竖屏和恢复都报 -28。现在一键恢复原厂会先自动删除这些旧任务遗留的备份，再进行恢复。遇到 -28 的用户：更新后先点一次“恢复原厂功能”，完成后再重新安装。 / Camera /usr out of space (error -28 / ENOSPC): unfinished jobs of older versions could leave full sets of name backups that filled the space, so installs, Vertical Display and restore failed with -28. One-click factory restore now first removes those stale backups. If you hit -28: update, run Restore factory functions once, then install again.
• 残留的只读检测报告卡住后续任务（“Existing temporary state needs recovery: a7c2.probe.result”）：现在会自动清理。 / A leftover read-only probe report blocking later jobs is now cleared automatically.
• 相机停在服务模式时（“Normal Mass Storage USB serial is required…”）：改为中文提示取出电池约 1 分钟后重试。 / A camera stuck in service mode now gets a clear message to remove the battery for a minute.
• 先装自定义外观、后启用 FL2/FL3 时颜色不对：同时更新相机实际使用的曲线表副本。 / FL2/FL3 enabled after custom looks: the second curve table the camera actually uses is now updated too.
• 写入外观前先把所选槽位保存为 ST；恢复原厂前先把六个槽位和当前选择保存为 ST，避免中途失败后留下指向 FL2/FL3 的配方。 / Selected slots are saved as ST before LUT writes, and all six slots before factory restore, so an interrupted run can't leave recipes pointing at FL2/FL3.
• Windows Lightroom 插件安装失败：ExifTool 不再覆盖可能正在使用的文件；只有插件失败时，重试只做电脑端步骤。 / Windows Lightroom plugin install failure: ExifTool no longer overwrites files that may be in use; a plugin-only failure retries just the computer-side step.
• 重启后核对不一致时，诊断包记录更详细的差异信息。 / More detailed diagnostics when post-restart verification finds a mismatch.

• 一键恢复原厂被旧任务卡住：旧记录无法读取、来自多台机身、上次恢复后又装过功能导致每次都“核对失败”等情况，现在都会按相机当前内容重新恢复，不再被旧记录阻挡。 / Factory restore stuck on old tasks: unreadable records, records from several bodies, or a finished restore followed by new installs (verification failing on every click) no longer block it; it re-plans from the camera's current contents.
• 一键安装在名称写完后遇到 USB 错误就无法继续（“Unknown operation after name commit”）：现在会重新核对名称和原程序后继续安装程序。 / One-click install could not continue after a USB error that came after the names were written ("Unknown operation after name commit"): it now re-verifies and continues with the programs.
• 恢复时 /usr 空间不足、/usr 仍可写：提示会显示进度和处理方法（完整断电后再点同一按钮继续）。 / Out of /usr space, or /usr still writable, during restore: the message now gives the progress and what to do (power-cycle, then click the same button).
• 电子快门声：转换失败时显示具体原因（例如所选片段是静音）；试听前先检查是否已转换；试听在调用相机前就停止时会自动解除占用。默认片段长度改为 0.5 秒。 / Shutter sound: conversion failures show the actual reason (e.g. a silent selection); audition checks for a converted clip first; an audition that stopped before reaching the camera releases its lock. The default clip length is now 0.5 s.
• Mac：修复部分新系统启动时 SciPy 加载报错，以及 USB 设备列表解析报错。 / Mac: fixes a SciPy load error at launch on newer macOS and a USB device-list parsing error.
• Windows 驱动：第一次一键安装前会提示先安装驱动；驱动失败时提示改用 Zadig；连接与驱动页的自动安装按钮旁新增“用 Zadig 手动安装驱动”入口。README 新增详细的 Zadig 手动安装步骤。 / Windows drivers: the first one-click install suggests installing drivers first; driver failures point to Zadig, and the connection page has an "Install with Zadig" button next to the automatic install. v2.2-preview.1 — Recovery + USB connection fix / 恢复与 USB 修复

简体中文

• **独立 Recovery：**从所选完整存档或原 FL23 backup2 回退，不需要原工作目录或任何 LUT Job。先保存当前状态的压缩副本，再恢复程序、项目相关名称／设置，并完整读回。Recovery 操作说明。
• **三个入口分工：**FL23 安装／核对，LUT 导入／恢复单槽，Recovery 完整回退。FL23 已移除恢复命令和桌面恢复按钮。
• **支持两种安装顺序：**先 FL23 后 LUT、先 LUT 后 FL23，均保留对方修改；核对流程兼容预期的后续修改。
• **缩小 LUT 备份：**共用压缩基础数据，并记录指定槽位写入前的状态，后续导入只保留变化数据，不重复存整份。共享存储目录需要和任务／备份一起保留。
• **恢复单槽：**恢复该槽原来的色表、名称、配方，也支持撤销首次启用；保留其他槽及 FL23。不以固件或备份文件哈希作为恢复门槛，仍核对改写字节并完整读回。
• **FL23 按版本准入：**确认机型及用户填写的固件版本 2.01，不再使用固件来源哈希白名单；提醒其他项目修改可能冲突，保留真实改写位置的冲突检查。
• **USB 连接：**直接进入服务认证，不再被存储 02/04/01 或应用查询 Busy 拦住。确认 USB 型号后，从服务备份读取 AP 四字节序列号（0x00E70003），沿用原十六进制文本摘要，兼容已有备份。不需要单独 USB 修正工具；Windows 设备驱动仍需安装。
• **解释失败原因：**LUT 内置任务诊断，根据已保存证据解释名称事务失败，不重新打开 USB，也不盲目重复写入。

**验证情况：**离线通过 131 项 LUT 用例（缺少私人样本而跳过 35 项）、22 项 FL23、46 项主机／USB 用例，其中包含 9 项直接服务认证／失败处理案例；历史真实备份重建的机身绑定与原值一致。另有 7 项真实文件顺序／单槽案例及 44 项原生名称系统调用／故障案例通过。本次发布更新未操作相机；用户报告同一路径安装成功，属于单独证据。实机完整回退和 Mac USB 仍未测试。验证证据与限制。

按机主授权，这些修复已包含在 main，并更新到同一个 v2.2-preview.1 提交／Release。原 v2.1／v1.0 继续保留。完整工具包和单文件工具见预览版发布页。

English

• Independent Recovery: restore the selected complete checkpoint or original FL23 backup2 without the original workspace or any LUT job. The tool saves a compressed copy of the current state, restores programs, project names/settings, and fully reads back the result. Recovery instructions.
• Separate responsibilities: FL23 installs/verifies; LUT imports/restores individual slots; Recovery performs complete rollback. FL23's restore command and desktop button have been removed.
• Both installation orders: FL23 → LUT and LUT → FL23 preserve each other's changes. Verification accepts the expected later changes.
• Smaller LUT backups: share a compressed foundation and record the selected slot's pre-write state. Later imports retain changed data instead of repeated complete copies. Keep the shared storage directories with the jobs/backups.
• Single-slot restoration: restore its previous table, title and recipe, including undoing first activation, while preserving other slots and FL23. No firmware or backup-file hash admission checks; edited-byte checks and full readback remain.
• FL23 admission: check the camera model and user-entered firmware version 2.01, without a firmware-provenance hash whitelist. Warn about other projects' modifications; retain actual patch-position conflict checks.
• USB connection: authenticate directly instead of blocking on storage 02/04/01 or application-query Busy. Confirm the USB model and bind the service backup's four-byte AP serial (0x00E70003) using the original hex-text digest, retaining existing backups. No separate USB-fix tool is required; Windows device drivers are still required.
• Failure explanations: integrated LUT job diagnostics explain native-name transaction failures from saved evidence without reopening USB or blindly repeating a write.

Validation: offline suites passed: 131 LUT cases (35 skipped without private fixtures), 22 FL23 cases and 46 host/USB cases, including nine service-first connection/failure cases. Historical real backup data reproduces its original body binding. Separately, 7 real-file order/slot cases and 44 native-name syscall/failure cases passed. This release update did not operate a camera; the user's reported service-route installation is separate evidence. Physical complete Recovery and Mac USB remain untested. Evidence and limits.

These fixes are included in main and the updated v2.2-preview.1 commit/release, as authorized by the owner. Existing v2.1/v1.0 releases remain available. ZIP and single-file tools are in the preview release.

v2.1 — FL23 and Custom LUT/DCP

LUT/DCP importer for Sony A7C II / ILCE-7CM2 firmware 2.01. No AI or prior FL23 installation is required.

• lut.py: single-file Python CLI. Setup · File-to-camera guide.
• a7c2-tools-2.1.zip: complete source, English/Simplified Chinese guides and the existing FL23 Windows CLI/desktop entry.
• a7c2-dcp-profiles-2026-10-18.zip: 18 unchanged original DCPs, including Astia, with original attribution/notices.
• SHA256SUMS.txt: download checksums.

This build fixes normal-USB body binding, recognized busy/no-card service acquisition and false installation failures caused by unrelated runtime fields. It keeps complete backups, exact program fingerprints/readbacks, writable AP-setting preservation and four protected CP units. FL23 code is unchanged by this update.

On one Windows camera with an existing six-look installation, slot 5 was imported from the Ricoh GR Positive Film DCP. The exact packaged lut.py then imported Astia into slot 4 using import --write. Both jobs passed duplicate backups, preflight, actual writes, full readbacks, cold-load, owner preview/photo acceptance and standalone reload verification to COMPLETE. Other slots and FL2/FL3 were preserved. Software checks: 82 LUT, 8 FL23 and 37 host tests. Evidence and limits.

Validation scope: stock first-install, physical Mac USB and this job's physical restoration remain untested. Color conversion uses a shared one-scene approximation, not the complete Adobe renderer or exact Fuji/Ricoh matching. This is not a Sony-signed firmware update. main now contains both FL23 and LUT/DCP, with separate user guides and AI reproduction guides.

本版修复普通 USB 机身绑定、已知忙碌／无卡服务连接，以及无关运行字段误拦截。保留完整备份、精确程序指纹／读回、可写 AP 设置及四个受保护 CP 单元核对；未改动 FL23 代码。

已在一台 Windows 相机的既有六款版本上导入第 5 槽理光 GR 正片，再使用发布附件同一份 lut.py，以 import --write 导入第 4 槽 Astia。两次均通过双份备份、只校验、真实写入、完整读回、冷启动、机主预览／拍照验收及单文件重载核对，达到 COMPLETE；其他槽位和 FL2／FL3 保留。通过 82 项 LUT、8 项 FL23、37 项主机测试。原厂首次导入、Mac USB 和实机还原仍未验证。默认色彩映射为单场景近似，不是完整 Adobe 渲染或富士／理光精确复刻，也不是 Sony 签名固件。

main 已包含 FL23 和 LUT／DCP 两个独立入口，并分别提供用户及 AI 复现说明。下载 DCP 不会自动写入相机，请按教程操作。

Version 2.1 packages the tested preview implementation with updated main-branch documentation and download links; only the CLI version string changed in executable source. FL23-only users can continue using v1.0.

Camera JPEGs resized, arranged and labelled; capture settings vary. E means Eterna, not Astia. 相机直出仅缩放、拼接及标注，拍摄参数存在变化；E 为 Eterna，本批不含 Astia。

v1.0 — FL2/FL3 only (historical)

Original FL2/FL3-only version, archived as v1.0.

• Source: the original FL23-only commit dd01c07, before the custom-LUT work.
• a7c2-fl23-1.0.zip: original toolkit bytes unchanged; its internal preview identifier remains 0.1.0. Only the download name and public version label changed.
• SHA256SUMS.txt: download checksum.

原先只有 FL2／FL3 的版本归档为 v1.0。保留当时的原始程序和文档，ZIP 内容逐字节不变；包内历史预览编号 0.1.0 也保留。这版不含后来的自定义 LUT 功能及 USB 启动处理改进。
