This release hardens repository context generation and package maintenance.

• Exclude additional credential filenames such as .netrc, .npmrc, .pypirc, auth.json, service-account.json, and token.json.
• Redact quoted assignment values that contain spaces or comment characters.
• Add regression coverage for the expanded filtering rules.
• Validate both sdist and wheel builds in CI.
• Add monthly Dependabot updates.
• Use SPDX license metadata for cleaner future packaging builds.
