First public release of the QIN Independent Proof Verifier.

QIN Verify allows anyone to independently verify QIN Public Proof files locally without trusting the QIN website or Coordinator.

Features:

• Validates signed attestations
• Compares signed content fingerprints
• Independently derives the verification verdict

Supported verdicts include VERIFIED, CONTENT_DIVERGENCE, INCONCLUSIVE, ATTESTATION_FAILURE and PROOF_INTEGRITY_FAILURE.
