D1 — Versioned research files (0.1-0.12)

Each research phase produces numbered versioned file preserving chronological audit trail.

D2 — Spin-free substrate as unifying principle

Organize paper around architectural insight: P-31 in Si-28 = P-31 in Ca/O cage = Yb-171+ in vacuum.

D3 — Rotating-frame Zeeman elimination

Eliminate Zeeman analytically rather than Trotterizing. Reduces gate count from hundreds to 6 per simulated second.

D4 — PDF infrastructure reuse

Copy build_pdf.py from archived ultrametric-tree-resistance. Standardize across QNFO projects.

D5 — Descriptive publication filename

Publication PDF: The_Spin-Free_Substrate_v1.0.pdf (descriptive). Internal drafts: versioned (0.1-0.12).
