LiveExecutionApi.sendLiveCommand(runId, request) lets an owner deliver a transient command to a running strategy without restarting it. The 202 response identifies the accepted command; a 503 means it was not sent and may be retried. Commands have no idempotency key, so retrying after an ambiguous network failure can deliver a second command.
listStrategies(includeDeleted) and listDatasets(includeDeleted) can include deleted entries with their deletedAt timestamps. Account.maxSweepCartesian exposes the account's Cartesian sweep limit, and live-run details include an optional failure reason.
