• StartLiveRequest.warmFrom configures 0–3600 seconds of market replay before a live run starts;
  0 disables warming and omission keeps the platform's automatic warmup. The effective value is
  returned by LiveRunWithStream and LiveRunDetail for newly created runs.
• LiveSourceRequest.instruments is optional: omission uses a compiled strategy's declared
  selection, or every exchange/segment instrument when none is declared. The returned LiveSource
  reports the submitted list or the resolved selection; symbols are matched case-insensitively.
