Minor Changes

• Discover CEX and DEX venues, list typed pool catalogues, start pool kline live runs, and import centralized exchange history with the full cadence vocabulary from OpenAPI 0.128.37.

  Instrument routes now return InstrumentCatalogueResponse (InstrumentListResponse | PoolListResponse), distinguished by meta.venueType. Instruments require symbol; unknown price, volume, and pool creation dates are omitted. Exchange discovery includes required venueType, segments, and liveSegments; live sources use cex and dex.

  Read resource-to-actions KeyScopes from tokens and accounts instead of a scope list. Resources without actions are omitted; a key with no grants is {}. Individual operations currently report these grants without enforcing missing scopes. A deployment can require at least one resource/action scope to issue a token: authentication returns 403 with AuthTokenError.code apikey_without_scopes and mints no token. Create a key with at least one scope before authenticating again; retrying the same key does not fix this rejection.

  Hourly downloads cover the last seven days, expose provisional and timestamp-unit headers through response, and return structured ResponseError.reason and ErrorNextCall recovery details. Lastra uses application/vnd.qtsurfer.lastra and microsecond timestamps; Parquet remains in milliseconds. Recent hours can be provisional or NOT_YET_AVAILABLE; honour Retry-After on retryable failures and use dataset imports for older history.
