• Discover typed DEX pools with getPools(exchangeId[, segment]) on both clients, including pool
  addresses, token addresses, fees, liquidity and optional price/volume. Existing getInstruments
  signatures continue returning CEX instruments and direct DEX callers to getPools.
• Preserve binary media type, Lastra timestamp units and provisional-data boundaries with
  downloadTickersWithMetadata / downloadKlinesWithMetadata; the existing stream methods remain.
• Inspect server error reasons, suggested recovery calls, HTTP status and retry headers through
  QTSError.getReason(), getNext(), getStatusCode() and getResponseHeaders().
• Import CEX spot ticker or kline history with the generated DatasetImportCexRequest passed to
  importDataset; token and account scopes now expose resource-to-actions maps.

• Adopt API client 0.24.0 (OpenAPI 0.128.37): CEX/DEX venue discovery and live sources, expanded
  import and kline cadences, and seven-day hourly downloads. Lastra timestamps are microseconds;
  recent hours may be provisional or NOT_YET_AVAILABLE. Older hours carry an import recovery
  request. The guides cover retries, unknown market fields and the reported scopes. Where a
  deployment requires scopes, authenticating a valid key with none now returns 403
apikey_without_scopes and no token; configure at least one resource/action scope on the key.
