Qortium Home v1.6.1
Pre-release
Pre-release
Qortium Home v1.6.1 prerelease.
This release moves more day-to-day QDN work into dedicated QDN apps while keeping Home focused on the wallet, local approvals, exact-resource viewing, and the shared document and media readers. It also adds browser-deliverable GAME support on desktop and Android, generic QDN app assignments, consented messages to Qortium contracts, selected-source previewing, and a broader real-device acceptance suite.
Pairs with Qortium Core v1.6.1. Update Home and Core together for the current gateway, QDN publishing, and app-bridge fixes. Core peering is unchanged, so nodes can use the normal rolling update procedure.
Highlights since 1.6.0:
- Route QDN browsing, bookmark management, and Git repository browsing through their dedicated QDN apps. Home still opens exact resources, hosts apps, and provides the shared document, image, audio, video, archive, and local-preview surfaces.
- Run browser-deliverable QDN GAME archives in the same isolated browser view as apps and websites on desktop and Android. Published games now load their own bundled images, sound, and video through a secure in-app node origin on Android.
- Keep the Android QDN app bridge working through that secure in-app proxy, including app requests and responses plus account, display, manager, navigation, and app-target events when using a public node.
- Let the user assign published QDN apps to generic Home roles, with local approval and read-back flows that work through a public Previewnet node without exposing an account, API key, or custom node address.
- Add a narrow, consented bridge for sending plain MESSAGE transactions to Qortium contracts such as the SMPL faucet. Home keeps signing local, shows the exact recipient and message for one-time approval, and broadcasts only the signed transaction.
- Let a publishing app ask Home to preview a previously selected local publish source without receiving its path, source bytes, render URL, or QDN bridge access.
- Keep every document reader scoped to its own tab and reset PDF, comic-book, text, and EPUB content to the top when the page or chapter changes.
- Keep configured remote API keys off plaintext connections, clarify the pointer-aware avatar bridge, expand desktop and real-phone acceptance coverage, and remove the retired native managers and Git parsing dependency.
- Bumped package metadata to 1.6.1 and Android metadata to versionCode 34 / versionName 1.6.1.
