Changed

• namedDests() now enumerates the /Names /Dests name tree (PDF 1.2+),
  not just the legacy inline /Dests dictionary. Tree values that are dest
  arrays directly or wrapped in a << /D [dest] >> dictionary both resolve.
  This brings the list to parity with a reader's getDestinations() — modern
  PDFs that register destinations through the name tree previously came back
  empty. Built on the collect_name_tree enumerator added in 0.26.0; no API or
  ABI change (gp_named_dests_json simply returns more entries).
