Route Gemma 4 through Cerebras backend

• surface Cerebras time_info speed metrics in the terminal and document the screenshot-to-test demo
• fix QualityMax test-case tool calls by mapping priority names like critical/high/medium/low to the API's numeric priority scale
• replace novelty spinner phrases with neutral agent status text
