drift(dp-test): lectures/amss.md differs from its canonical copy in advanced #11

Description

@github-actions

lectures/amss.md: the dp-test copy lectures/amss.md no longer matches its canonical home in advanced

At promotion the dp-test copy was byte-identical to advanced's. It has since been edited on its own. Under the upstream-first rule the fix belongs in advanced (and flows down); if the edit is a deliberate variant, record it as one rather than leaving a silent fork.

 the same history up until the previous period, i.e., $\tilde s^{t-1}=
 s^{t-1}$, but where the multiplier on constraint {eq}`AMSS_46` takes a positive value, so
 $\gamma_t(\tilde s^t)>0$.

+A sentence added on the dp copy only, as a drift-check demo fixture (QuantEcon/project-monorepo#8). The canonical copy of this lecture lives in lecture-python-advanced.myst; this edit should surface as a drift issue and never be merged upstream.

Opened by tools/drift-check after the daily sync; it updates this body while the finding persists and closes the issue when the finding clears. The live series stay read-only until cutover (posture rule 1): this issue records the divergence, it does not edit anything.
