Maintenance release — reproducible builds (versionCode 10).

No change to how Lector reads. This build sets vcsInfo { include = false } so the APK no longer embeds META-INF/version-control-info.textproto, whose contents depend on the build environment. That file was the only difference between this binary and a build from source, so the APK is now byte-reproducible and independently verifiable.
