[codex] Prepare crypto snapshot pipeline rename

Summary

• rename repository-facing wording from CryptoLeaderRotation to CryptoSnapshotPipelines
• keep the live strategy profile and v1 artifact namespace as crypto_leader_rotation / crypto-leader-rotation for downstream compatibility
• update monthly optimization automation repo keys and tests for the new repository name
