For the 2026.07.1 metadata already in this repo, qsl.toml:10 declares hk_equity_strategies = "00dd0e5b62a6fa65bd9262e15c083468e8b8c191", but this dependency is now pinned to dbbefb... and uv.lock mirrors that different ref. Any install from this commit will therefore run a different HK strategy package than the QSL bundle metadata says was validated, so HK profiles can execute against an unbundled revision while compatibility/reporting still points at 2026.07.1.
