The evidence workflow can create/delete its one-shot internal Scheduler jobs but intentionally lacks permission to force-run arbitrary Scheduler jobs. It now schedules each read once a few minutes ahead, staggers targets to protect the Gateway, waits for the private redacted report, and deletes the job in all outcomes. No new IAM role, permanent credential, /run call, or runtime-state write is introduced.
