Keep the QSL metadata pin aligned
With this pyproject pin changed to de18c2e9..., qsl.toml still advertises quant_platform_kit = "2381aa..."; tests/test_qsl_metadata.py derives the QPK pin from this dependency and asserts the QSL metadata matches it, so python -m pytest tests/test_qsl_metadata.py -q now fails deterministically. Any tooling that reads qsl.toml also continues to consume the old QPK commit unless that metadata is updated alongside this dependency pin.

Superseded by #321, which aligns the QPK pin to the current QPK_PIN value. |
