Adds the shared account-identity policy at the LongBridge execution boundary.\n\nThe adapter observes only broker-provided account-channel evidence and records safe receipts. Enforce mode blocks before marker claim or broker submission when evidence does not satisfy the configured policy; observe mode reports the would-block result without changing trading.\n\nNo runtime deployment or strategy parameters are changed by this PR.
