Follow these instructions to set up the project on your local machine for development and testing purposes.
To run the Gratitude app, you'll need:
- Node.js (v14 or higher)
- npm (v6 or higher)
- React Native (v0.64 or higher)
- Android Studio or Xcode for mobile development
- Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/yourusername/gratitude-app.git
- Navigate to the project directory:
cd gratitude-app
- Install the dependencies:
npm install
- Run the app on your preferred platform:
npm run android
or
npm run ios
- Select a card template from the available options.
- Customize the design and message to your liking.
- Choose a handwriting font for a personal touch (optional).
- Preview your card to ensure it looks as intended.
- Select the delivery method (digital or physical).
- For digital cards, enter the recipient's email address or select from your contacts.
- For physical cards, enter the recipient's mailing address or select from your contacts.
- Review the card and recipient information.
- Send your thank you card with a single tap.
