SkillVault Qu@ntum v2.0.0

Rewrite from pure SQLite vault to hybrid DB+filesystem vault with Qu@ntum context layer, artifact management, secret detection, and expanded entity model.

What's new

  • Hybrid storage: SQLite for metadata + filesystem (~/.skillvault/objects/YYYY/MM/) for artifact content
  • 10 entry types, 5 statuses (draft/active/archived/deprecated/canonical)
  • Qu@ntum context compiler: 7 modes (profile, project, workflow, skill, planning, session_recall, full_brief) with priority-based truncation
  • Secret scanner: detects OpenAI keys, private keys, GitHub tokens, Slack tokens — reject or redact
  • EntryLink relations: 6 typed relations between entries (references, supersedes, related_to, part_of, derived_from, implements)
  • 14 flat CLI commands (stdlib flags, zero framework dependencies)
  • 10 MCP tools over stdio JSON-RPC 2.0
  • Session wrap: structured session summaries with decisions + pending items
  • Import/Export v2: 10 entity types roundtrip, slug conflict resolution
